Traditional Thai Massage
Traditional Thai massage (Nuad Boran) is a unique massage which is performed on a massage futon/mattress with client fully clothed. No oil or lotions are used. Nuad Boran means “ancient massage” or “ancient healing way”. The massage involves being gently positioned by the practitioner in a variety of yoga-like positions during the course of the massage treatment, combined with static and rhythmic stretches, light or deep acuppresure techniques along the body energy lines (Sen Lines).

Generally sessions are 60 minutes which is convenient for addressing specific areas of the body. However increased benefits are gained with session of 90 mins, 120 or more, as this allow more time work on the whole body.

Some clients appreciate Seated Massage which is usually a shorter massage for clients who have busy schedules and needs a quick relief for de-stressing and relaxing for example 10mins, 15 mins, 20 mins and 30 mins. Clients sit fully clothed while seated on a special massage chair while the massage practitioner massage specific areas of the body needing attention usually head, neck, shoulders, back, arms and hand, subject to your time available.
